Gary Gorman

Gary is a leading UK trainer, facilitator and business coach.

Following a highly successful 20-year career in FMCG commercial roles, Gary is a highly sought-after L&D professional helping businesses and individuals develop their skills, behaviours and customer focus to ultimately grow the bottom line performance.

Gary has helped to implement several major change programmes and boost team performance working with, among others, the Boots Company, Barratt Homes, Bovis Homes, DHL, Volkswagen, Coors Brewers, Nutricia, Siemens and the Civil Service. He also has several clients overseas in such places as Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Dubai and Tanzania.

Gary is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a qualified executive coach with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He is also the author of two 5-star rated books.

His training style is highly engaging and participative and his boundless enthusiasm ensures all delegates leave with fresh momentum, new perspectives and an obvious eagerness to deliver improved, and lasting, business results.

When Gary’s not working you’ll find him cheering on his beloved Chesterfield FC, having had a season ticket for the mighty Spireites now for over 20 years. He likes to think that the disappointments he has witnessed over that time have been character building..
