Sara Nanayakkara

Sara has more than 22 years’ experience of design, facilitation, coaching and consultancy in the private and public sectors. Her facilitation style is contemporary, energetic and engaging. Her coaching style is challenging and insightful; she develops rapport, connection and trust quickly and she skilfully uses powerful questions to unlock her clients.

Sara founded Nth Level Consulting Ltd in 2008 and has worked in 46 countries. She facilitates and coaches at all levels.

She is responsible for instigating culture change within organisations. Her UK public sector clients include the Department for Work and Pensions, Business Innovation and Skills, HM Cabinet Office, HM Foreign and Commonwealth Office, 10 Downing Street, HM Revenue and Customs, and the Ministry of Defence.

Her private sector clients include the Northern Trust, Lloyds Banking Group, Lloyd’s of London, Barclays, Qatar Petroleum and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Sara is a Licensed Practitioner, Distributor and Faculty member for Insights Discovery®. She is also accredited to use Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) She has a Certificate in coaching (an ICF accredited programme), a Diploma in HR and is CIPD qualified.

Sara lives between London and Bedfordshire. She is the former elected Club Captain of a rowing club in London where there’s an VIII named after her. She now channels her energy into cycling and Spin® and unspoken neighbourhood competitive gardening.
