Insights Discovery® Full Circle 360° Evaluation

Insights Discovery® Full Circle is a tool that digs deeper into a team. It uses 360° evaluation for up to 12 participants giving delegates a profile that includes feedback from their colleagues’ and stakeholders. Delegates are given an evaluator to complete on each of their colleagues. The result is a separate profile with 360° evaluation for each individual based on the questions answered from their colleagues. Our Full Circle workshops provide a safe environment to facilitate robust and honest conversations with each other, and to shift a team to its next level.
