Psychometric-tastic

Thomas-Kilmann Instrument

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (“TKI”) measures preferences for five different styles of handling conflict, called conflict modes. These are described along two dimensions: assertiveness - or the extent to which a person tries to satisfy their own concerns - and cooperativeness - or the extent to which they try to satisfy the concerns of another person. We use this psychometric in coaching, and in conflict resolution, team-building events, personal effectiveness and negotiating skills. It can be used to coach weaknesses and strengths to form definitive actions and behaviours towards self improvement. Contact us for more info
