Giving feedback isn’t always easy - and if not done well, it can go horribly wrong. This workshop is a practical session that gives team leaders simple tools to help them deliver or facilitate feedback. Whether it’s part of a regular performance discussion, delivering a difficult message, a performance improvement message - even managing your own manager.
