Global fast food restaurant chain

Supplementing their already rigorous restaurant management training, we were invited offer a solution to design a suite of personal development courses for their head office and senior management teams.

Our solution:

  • We allocated a consultant who had direct experience of working with audiences in the sector
  • Our consultant spent a day with the Operations Director to understand the pressures senior managers were facing
  • We designed bespoke programmes that incorporated the organisation’s own terminology
  • All IPR were given to the organisation so materials could be delivered in-house

The outcomes:

  • We designed and delivered interactive and engaging programmes with exercises, role-plays and real case studies that were relevant to and resonated with the audience
  • We reflected our understanding of the organisation in the design of the programmes; and the pressures that the audience was facing
  • Our courses received the highest post-work evaluation scores from participants
